Michael Siviter

Managing director

Michael is a qualified accountant, management consultant and personal coach and has worked in various roles within professional training and consulting, practice and industry. He uses his expertise and experience to provide clients with a package of management and leadership support that meets their needs.

He has an energetic and dynamic style when presenting and has the ability to develop a strong rapport with his audience, helping them learn quickly and effectively

Michael works with professional firms of varying sizes from one partner practices to top 20 firms. He is a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner, professional examiner and qualified assessor of occupational competence.

John Sharkey

Client Relationship Director & Lead Consultant

John specialises in leadership, management and personal skills training within professional services firms. He supports clients with both team recruitment and retention and works as an executive leadership coach.

John is a qualified accountant, trained counsellor and engaging presenter.

His presentations are renowned for their energy, enthusiasm and practical relevance and for challenging participants. John has spent almost 30 years working as a leadership consultant and has worked with a diverse range of professional firms. He has worked in senior leadership positions for many years and builds long lasting relationships with his clients.

David Gallagher

Lead Consultant

David supports clients with management and leadership skills training and business coaching. He uses his vast leadership experience in professional services to help others develop.

He is the Lead Consultant on our student programmes which we deliver throughout the UK, working closely with clients on designing programme content.

David qualified as a chartered accountant at Grant Thornton. He spent many years establishing himself on the Audit & Accountancy CPD circuit. In 2012, he moved to MHA MacIntyre Hudson; first as the firm’s technical director before rising to technical and training partner. During this time he managed the growth of the firm’s technical and compliance team and helped to develop the firm’s international network global audit methodology.

Tim Sayers

Lead Consultant

Tim has specialised in behavioural development for over 15 years and has acquired extensive experience in helping leaders to develop their emotional intelligence and effectiveness and teams to develop their psychological safety as the cornerstone for improved levels of team cohesion and performance.

Tim spent nearly thirty years in corporate life operating at senior management and board level in both SMEs and large global organisations.

At 3Qhub, Tim leads on our management and leadership programmes and works with clients in a facilitation and coaching capacity. He has a deep passion for helping people to understand their ‘super-strengths’ and develop their adaptability, in order to improve both their performance at work and their overall wellbeing. Tim’s style is supportive and encouraging, helping people to see the very best of themselves and know when to flex and adapt in order to get the very best outcomes.

Chris Parry

Lead Consultant

Chris is a highly engaging and passionate trainer and consultant with 20 years’ experience delivering management and leadership training to a wide range of clients and industries. He adds value through his sessions by building a strong rapport with his audience and getting to know them and by understanding their motivators on a personal level.

His ‘why’, both professionally and personally, is to genuinely inspire and motivate people to see the benefits of developing, improving and growing themselves on a continual basis.

Chris is experienced in the design and delivery of leadership and management programmes, utilising behavioural profiling to enable the whole team to better understand themselves  in order to become their best selves and to help them effectively manage and lead their teams.

He tailors his delivery style to the needs of his audience. He is known for his high energy, collaborative approach and the fun environment that he creates on his workshops which adds value and provides valuable insights to those in attendance. His dynamic and interactive approach allows him to build strong connections with delegates.

Yelda Hakki

Lead Consultant

Yelda works with clients on both management and technical student training. She has been training accountants for over 10 years, delivering both exam and practical audit and accounts training throughout the UK.

She is a Lead Consultant on our student programmes and works with clients in designing interactive and bespoke student audit and accounting programmes which provides delegates with the practical skills and experience needed to be effective in their trainee roles.

Yelda is a very popular trainer, coaching individuals on a one to one basis and presenting workshops inhouse to larger groups.  She tailors her teaching approach and explanations to her audience and is renowned for building a strong rapport with her groups in a stimulating learning environment.

Delegates often feedback that Yelda has an exceptional knack for striking the ideal balance of challenge and support, pushing delegates outside their comfort zone while offering an invariable level of attentiveness and positivity.

Stephen Gyte

Lead CONSULTANT

Stephen is a training consultant specialising in delivering accounting and audit training workshops for trainees in professional accountancy firms. His passion is to help people develop, and he enjoys sharing his wealth of experience from both the public and private sector with new generations of accountants starting out on their career.

Stephen started his career as a school leaver, in Local Government finance and then moved into Professional Services after qualifying as a chartered accountant.  Initially developing his audit experience in KPMG’s Public Sector Audit team in Manchester, he then took secondments to the Audit Commission and KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice. In 2006 Stephen made a permanent move into Audit Learning and Development, working as part of an international team developing and delivering audit training to member firms across the KPMG global network. In 2012, Stephen joined CIPFA as a tutor, delivering exam training, before moving back into practice when he took a role at Crowe UK, as their Learning and Development Director. At Crowe he continued to deliver audit training workshops, introduced their Apprenticeship programme and led a project to develop a skills and behaviours framework for the firm. He has worked for various professional training organisations.

At 3Qhub, Stephen works with clients on designing and delivering our structured, practical student programmes throughout the UK.

Chris Thorpe

Lead Consultant

Chris is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and non-practising barrister. He works as a technical officer at the Chartered Institute of Taxation and at 3Qhub is the Lead Consultant on our programmes for students working in tax.

He qualified at Grant Thornton and has worked in several smaller firms in practice, and specialises in personal and capital taxes (trusts and IHT) with a particular interest in agriculture and OMBs. He is the author of ‘Implied Trusts and Beneficial Ownership in Modern UK Tax Law’ (Spiramus Press).

Laura Kaye Tomlinson

Lead Consultant

Laura works with clients on a range of management and leadership topics. She specialises in people management and works with clients in developing their recruitment and retentions strategies. Her background, as a Finance and Commercial Director in various organisations makes her well placed to provide consultancy support to clients.

She has a dynamic and punchy style and has won various high profile awards over the years.

She is ACCA qualified and a fellow of both the Chartered Management Institute and Institute of Leadership and Management.

Debbie Taylor

Lead Consultant

Debbie works with our clients on HR consultancy throughout the UK, helping them grow and scale safely as they manage change, build high performing teams and navigate the constant challenge of employment legislation and case law.

Debbie enjoyed an 18 year banking career, gaining chartered banking qualifications and management experience across international Group Audit, Sales and Service and latterly Learning and Development, including attaining the CIPD qualification of which she is now a Fellow. 

Debbie provides clients with a full range of support on employee recruitment and retention matters, especially surrounding Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and presents our Toolkit sessions to a diverse range of professional firms. She is meticulous when working with clients, thinks critically, works strategically and is a creative problem solver.

Dr Robyn Cooley

Lead Consultant

Dr Cooley is a clinical psychologist. She delivers a range of toolkit sessions to clients and wellbeing workshops. She is a regular speaker on our conferences and contributor to our my3Q library. Robyn also provides autism assessments for children and adults, as well as psychological assessment and therapy to individuals across the life span.

She is a great communicator and is able to explain complex points to clients in a clear and concise way and builds strong relationships with clients.

Jenny is a registered dietitian with over 15 years’ experience working with clients on a one to one basis and supports organisations in improving their employees’ health. Jenny is Health Care Professional Council registered, and a member of the British Dietetic Association, with multiple university degrees in Dietetics and nutrition.

Jenny presents Toolkit sessions and Wellbeing workshops on a range of topics and is a regular contributor to our my3Q library.

Jenny’s warm and friendly personality makes her a popular consultant with our clients.
