An exciting opportunity for a proactive accountant, tax advisor, solicitor or experienced L&D specialist to join our team. We work with accountancy, legal and other professional service firms throughout the UK supporting teams to improve performance and unlock potential. We are a team of experienced consultants with in-depth knowledge of the professional services sector. Due to exceptional growth in both our client base and their training needs, we are looking to recruit an ambitious individual to help develop and deliver training on our inhouse management and leadership programmes.
We are looking for someone with the passion and drive to inspire others in the field of management and leadership and to deliver practical training and coaching. The good news is that you don’t need previous teaching experience but a real passion for helping people (from trainee to partner level) is essential. We can help you develop the skills needed to be a great presenter.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be instrumental in developing the services we offer to our clients. We have developed an exciting suite of inhouse management and leadership programmes but each client is different and all of our programmes require some tailoring of the content to meet our clients' needs.
Therefore, in addition to delivering the courses, you will liaise with clients in advance so that we maximise the benefits for participants. You will have the opportunity to meet with clients and develop new training material so strong client relationship skills is essential as is a desire to genuinely want to see clients develop their skills.

We deliver in-house (and usually face to face) training to firms throughout the UK so a willingness to travel with overnight stays is essential.
When not delivering courses, you will be free to work from wherever you call home. Colleagues will be available to support by phone, video call or face to face as necessary.
